Kim Kardashian scare: 'All fine,' no miscarriage

Kim Kardashian's miscarriage scare is shedding light on the reality TV starlet's hectic lifestyle and jet-setting ways.
A story from the New York Post posted late Wednesday claimed the pregnant 32-year-old, who is carrying rapper Kanye West's baby, "rushed" to see a doctor after a flight back to L.A. from Paris, where she was attending the Givenchy show with West during Paris Fashion Week. An unnamed source told the Post that Kardashian began feeling ill on the plane and went to see a doctor Tuesday night in tears because she was worried she was suffering a miscarriage.
The future ex-Mrs. Kris Humphries announced the news that she was pregnant to much fanfare back in December and is about four months along. The baby is due in July.

Most miscarriages occur in the first trimester of pregnancy, but at four months, which puts Kardashian in her second trimester, a miscarriage is less likely but not impossible, according to the American College of Obstetricians.

But it turns out the scare was just sounding a false alarm even louder, E! News reports. A source confirmed to E!, which airs Kardashians' various reality series, that Kim did go see a doctor Tuesday and was "all fine."
"She's been working a lot and with the divorce, moving, etc., [she] just needs to take a little rest," the source said. She is reportedly on "doctor-ordered rest" for now.
Her younger sister Khloe Kardashian Odom took to the blogosphere Thursday to thank fans for their concern and let them know her sister was OK.
"A lot of you have expressed concern in the recent hours about Kim, and I just wanted to let you all know that mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy right now," her sister wrote on her blog. "Thank you so much to all of our wonderful fans and loved ones for your concern and support. We love you!"
